Advanced Office Systems, Inc. opened in 1995 as Wholesale Brokerage for Used Office furniture and Cubicles. Since that time we have evolved to offer Retail, Contract and Furniture Services. Our Showroom is located off I-70 & I-25 on Acoma Street. Our showroom is open Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm. Many of the items located in our showroom can be found on our website www.CubicleNet.com. Credit Card orders: All orders made via our secure servers are verified by an AOS representative by phone before any orders are processed. This extra measure ensures the safety and security of your Purchase from Advanced Office Systems, Inc. To verify your order you will need the Security Digit Code available on your Credit Card. Need help finding the security code? Your AOS Representative will assist you. Shipping Lead Times: In most cases the standard lead time on all orders is 2-4 weeks from time of order. If you need items delivered sooner then please mark your order "HOT RUSH" and one of our sales associates will help expedite your order. Shipping Costs small accessories and other items will usually state standard shipping costs when available, mimimum shipping costs are $5.95 for DHL ground shipping. However on larger items such as furniture and cubicles, all shipping costs are dependant on weight and distance from origin to destination. Whenever applicable your AOS representative will be able to get you accurate quotes for shipping larger items. Sales Tax AOS is based in Denver, Colorado and we collect sales tax on all orders delivered within Colorado. All orders out of state and or country will be subject to Use taxes in your local municipalities. For more information on sales tax please either call us toll free 877-283-6653 or contact your local office. Warranty Information New Items: All New items carry a limited warranty. All warranties vary based on each individual Item. Used Items: All Used items carry no warranty unless specified in writing by an AOS representative at time of order. Refund & Exchange Policies No refunds or exchanges on New, Used or Custom Order items. Any items accepted by AOS as an in-store credit return are subject to 15% restocking fees.
